I started out in design and post-production, then slowly became just as interested in the tiny details that happen behind the scenes. The ideas, the process, and the systems that help creative teams run smoothly without the clutter.

That balance between making something that looks good and making something that actually works is what draws me to consumer culture and the beauty space. It’s also why I care about the process behind the work and how thoughtful ways of working can make creatives stronger.
